Ann-Charlotte Johansson is a Senior Advisor at Diplomat Communications, specialising in IPOs, transactions, investor relations and crisis communications.
Ann-Charlotte has more than 20 years of experience in senior investor relations and communications roles, as well as executive management positions in listed and privately held companies. Her previous positions include Director of Communications and Investor Relations and member of the Group Executive Management at Scandic Hotels and residential property developer SSM as well as Interim Head of Investor Relations at the installations company Bravida. Ann-Charlotte has also served as Head of Communications and Fundraising at the Swedish Red Cross.
Before joining Diplomat, she ran her own advisory firm for several years focusing on IPO readiness, capital raising and investor relations.
