Diplomat is proud to have acted as communication advisor in Nordtech Group’s initial public offering on Nasdaq Stockholm. Nordtech acquires and accelerates leading Nordic B2B companies providing mission-critical software in niche vertical markets.
Nordtech attracted very strong interest from both institutional investors and retail investors, with the offering being oversubscribed several times. The total market value based on the IPO price is approximately SEK 3.0 billion.
