2025 was a stable year for Diplomat Group, with agency revenue reaching SEK 82 million, in line with 2024. After several years of growth, the Group has laid the foundation for a new phase, including several new hires and a move to larger office premises at the end of the year.
The strategy remains firm, with a continued focus on strategic communications advisory across a range of specialized areas. The pace of change in the outside world remains high, which is reflected in the topics and issues emerging for the Group’s clients.
During the year, the Group further strengthened its offering within defense and security, energy, and capital markets transactions. At the same time, the Group’s Newsdesk-based working model has seen strong development.
