Diplomat Communications welcomes Anton Novén, Maja Lapidus and Sebastian Hockfield Krook as junior associates in our 2026/27 trainee program.
Anton Novén has a Master’s degree in Law from Lund University. He was previously a trainee with the Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade. Anton has also worked as an intern at Business Sweden in Vietnam and at the Swedish Ministry of Finance’s Division for State-Owned Enterprises.
Maja Lapidus has a Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Development Studies from Uppsala University. Previously, she worked as an intern at International Rescue Committee Sweden’s Advocacy and Communications Department. Maja has also served as a board member of the Jewish Youth Association in Sweden and the Swedish Federation of Student Unions.
Sebastian Hockfield Krook has a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economy and Society, both from Lund University. He previously worked as a lecturer at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, focusing on Sweden’s path towards a modern economy. Alongside his studies, Sebastian served as Vice President of the LundaEkonomerna student union and as a student representative on the Lund University Board.
