Jan Pie joins Diplomat Communications as Senior Advisor, strengthening the firm’s rapidly expanding defense and security practice amid rising demand for coordinated engagement between industry, policymakers, and regulators.
Most recently, and for more than a decade, Jan Pie served as Secretary General of the Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD). Prior to that, he was Secretary General of the Swedish Security & Defence Industry Association (SOFF). Throughout his career, Jan has been a central figure in the dialogue between industry, EU institutions, and national policymakers on issues related to defense capabilities, industrial capacity and European cooperation.
